The area where Garbin Moraine sits is about two feet short of rain over the last few years. To help save us from the perils of anthropegenic global warming our local environmentalists are touting biomass fuels.
The blog sourced below says "We recently heard that, according to one group of researchers at Environmental Science & Technology magazine, corn ethanol has a water cost of 50 gallons per mile." and goes on to say getting ethanol from other crops is not so good either.

TWW wonders if these people will ever get it.
