HOW TO ORDER A BOWL
The Warped Woodturner (TWW) is a local artist traveling his artist's journey in a suburb of Springbrook, WI (pop. 536). TWW's creative calling is to use a wood lathe to make useless objects from locally-sequestered organic carbon for tourists to bring back to the city to give to people they had to buy something for but do not like that much. His target market is the senior citizens since their vision is not as good as it used to be so cannot see the defects as well. His marketing jingle is: “Bowls as simple as their creator”.

Policy Idea for the Touch Sensitive Area (TSA) Officials
IT is obvious where the real threat is coming from and it has nothing to do with religion. It is the white male computer programmers whom we need to fear. See this link

Question for the day
Why aren't any people blaming President Obama for all of the TSA invasions of privacy like would have been sure to have happened when Bush and Cheney were running roughshod with our rights when they were in charge?
Be wary of thinking this is true:

Bad lewdbrot dough makes mediocre potato pancakes
The Norske-in-chief rejected one of TWW's attempts to make lewdbrot dough mix so the question became what is bad lewdbrot dough good for. The answer is potato pancakes.
TWW tried to make potato pancakes with so-so results.
Next time they will be thinner. TWW also might get a dog.

A National Philanthropy Day surprise
No sooner had National Philantropy Day (see post below) begun than the doorbell rang on Garbin Moraine Manor. TWW usually gets out the shotgun before he answers the door in cases like this but this time forgot and answered the door. It turned out to be a neighbor making a donation of venison to our cause. TWW thanks the man in camo.
National Philanthropy Day
Taken from an e-mail From Guidestar:

We at GuideStar want to wish you a very happy National Philanthropy Day. Celebrated every November 15 for the past 25 years, this day recognizes the great contributions that people active in the philanthropic community—like you—have made to the world.
This year, there are events and celebrations being held in 125 communities involving 50,000 people around the world. You can find out more about these events on the official site of this day
TWW says "Guidestar does not endorse you using the donate button above but you are welcome to do so at your own risk".

Build it and they will come - Day 4
Since Juan Williams got in trouble saying something about not letting political correctness getting in the way of reality, TWW decided not to put out a "no coons" sign while trying to catch a homeless cat so he could take it to the animal shelter for disposal. Well, guess who came to dinner last night.

Renew, Reuse, Recycle
The pictures above are of the stand for an Aussie grill that rusted out. It now saves TWW's back by carrying wood to the masonry stove leading to more life enrichment.
Quote for an election day spoken by the great unifier
"If Latinos sit out the election instead of, 'we're going to punish our enemies and we're going to reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us' -- if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it's going to be harder," Obama had said.
