hey, on this one hfec has no comment. well,he guesses he does. in his state the sue-er must sue the sue-ee in the home state and county in which the sue-ee resides. so if the sue-ee moves to montana, or even idaho, the sue-er must sue there and where the sue-er lives has no influence on the suit. way too much work.
