The Warped Woodturner (TWW) is a local artist traveling his artist's journey in a suburb of Springbrook, WI (pop. 536). TWW's creative calling is to use a wood lathe to make useless objects from locally-sequestered organic carbon for tourists to bring back to the city to give to people they had to buy something for but do not like that much. His target market is the senior citizens since their vision is not as good as it used to be so cannot see the defects as well. His marketing jingle is: “Bowls as simple as their creator”.

New York state police officer is hero for shooting unarmed white man running away?

"The sergeant who captured fugitive David Sweat is a 21-year-veteran who was hailed as a hero by New York's governor for opening fire after the inmate ran from him toward a tree line near the Canadian border."

So why is this police officer a hero for shooting a white gun running away and those who shoot unarmed black people running or maybe not even running away evil villains??  The escaped prisoner was running away and not an immediate threat to the officer. If the prisoner belong to a minority group would the officer still be a hero?

Wait.  TWW finally gets it.  All lives matter equally but some lives matter more equally than others.

Here is a book if you have not read it:
