TWW is The Warped Woodturner who is a local artist living in a suburb of Springbrook, WI (pop 87). His mission is to use a wood lathe to make interesting but mostly useless objects from locally-sequestered carbon for tourists to bring back to the city to give to people they had to buy something for but don't like that well. His target market is the senior citizens since their vision is not as good as it used to be so cannot see the defects as well.

New home protection idea.

If you look near the center of the opening of the door you will see a paper wasp nest. They do not care for burglars.

Open carry extremists at it again

Once again the open carry extremists are expressing their demands.  MDA does not stand for Moms Demand Action for nothing it appears.

Believe it or not time?

"Detroit has experienced 37 percent fewer robberies in 2014 than during the same period last year, 22 percent fewer break-ins of businesses and homes, and 30 percent fewer carjackings. Craig attributed the drop to better police work and criminals being reluctant to prey on citizens who may be carrying guns.
“Criminals are getting the message that good Detroiters are armed and will use that weapon,” said Craig, who has repeatedly said he believes armed citizens deter crime. “I don’t want to take away from the good work our investigators are doing, but I think part of the drop in crime, and robberies in particular, is because criminals are thinking twice that citizens could be armed."

This is a bit old but interesting

People wonder why TWW has a sign in his bathroom declaring it to be a gun free zone. Here is why:

TWW will never shop at Hobby Lobby again

That is because he does not know where one is.

According to USA Today this is what the company wants to do and now the courts say they can:

"It (the ruling - editor) doesn't affect:
• Most birth control pills
• Condoms
• Sponges
• Sterilization
It does affect:
• Plan B "morning-after pill"
• Ella "morning-after pill"
• Hormonal and copper intrauterine devices (IUDs)
The companies in the case and their supporters object to IUDs and morning-after pills, saying they cause abortions by blocking a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus."
To a simple country bumpkin like TWW it appears Hobby Lobby is against paying for something they equate with abortion but not many common methods of birth control.
