The Warped Woodturner (TWW) is a local artist traveling his artist's journey in a suburb of Springbrook, WI (pop. 536). TWW's creative calling is to use a wood lathe to make useless objects from locally-sequestered organic carbon for tourists to bring back to the city to give to people they had to buy something for but do not like that much. His target market is the senior citizens since their vision is not as good as it used to be so cannot see the defects as well. His marketing jingle is: “Bowls as simple as their creator”.

Family cabin pontoon christening

Once the hail quit it was nice up here. In the background nasty weather goes south of us.

Here one of the guests attempts to make the Norwegean drink called sandywine using beech sand from her sandals.

Mrs. TWW pours a little champagne on the bow of the pontoon to signify its christening. We drank the rest since it was too good to pour on a dumb boat.

hfec wonders if floatation devices are required to be on board a vessel or are the passengers required to wear a coast guard approved device. i understand you live in isolation, and maybe there is no enforcement on your lake cuz no one can find it, but safety first. or.....maybe hfec should find something else to worry about. advice for the day: practice your dog paddle

The PFDs are kept under the seats and the PDFs are kept in the com-puter.
