Snow falling to whiten gray February.
Monday, February 20, 2006
All of the pictures for February 20th are for the annual family ski weekend. This year was the first annual Elders Ski Weekend since the people who showed up did not ski much and no kids showed up. See the captions for the pictures to see what you missed.
This year saw a first as one of the elders volunteered to help with dishes with no prodding.
After supper on Saturday the family conducted its usual Bush-bashing session in spite of all the good things Bush has done for them.
The hostess at Garbin Moraine Manor greeting the guests.
The sky was carrying out the family tradition by mooning people early in the day.
Traditional ski weekend meal done in the fireplace (this year we used the bake oven in the masonry stove).
The deer spend more time playing in the snow than the elders.
