The Warped Woodturner (TWW) is a local artist traveling his artist's journey in a suburb of Springbrook, WI (pop. 536). TWW's creative calling is to use a wood lathe to make useless objects from locally-sequestered organic carbon for tourists to bring back to the city to give to people they had to buy something for but do not like that much. His target market is the senior citizens since their vision is not as good as it used to be so cannot see the defects as well. His marketing jingle is: “Bowls as simple as their creator”.

Since the Grchump stole Christmas from the people who don't belive in it

and of course with the help of the commies, then how come Hillary won the popular vote? The answer is it was the dead white men who founded the country and set up the electoral college who did it not the peace-loving anti-capitalist progressive socialists in Russia.

Mrs TWW's new Algore Frig.

Frig section of the new Algore Frig

Freezer section of the Algore Frig freezing a batch of chili

Ready for recycling to save the planet

The former home of the energy hog refrigerator is going to become a fake wall with a gun safe in back of it.  Since TWW does not have enough guns to fill a gun safe he is hoping for some crowd source donations (there is a DONATE button on this blog) to help him get ready for the Revolution that will begin as soon as Donnie the Demagogue gets crowned in January. Time is running out so donate soon. Thank you and have a Happy Holiday according to your own beliefs and traditions and whatever PC BS you care to believe in.

The truth about climate change and science of it

"What are the facts in the climate science debate?
  • Average global surface temperatures have overall increased for the past 100+ years
  • Carbon dioxide has an infrared emission spectra
  • Humans have been adding carbon dioxide to the atmosphere.
That is pretty much it, in terms of verifiable, generally agreed upon scientific facts surrounding the major elements of climate change debate.
Human caused global warming is a theory. The assertion that human caused global warming is dangerous is an hypothesis.  The assertion that nearly all or most of the warming since 1950 has been caused by humans is disputed by many scientists, in spite of the highly confident consensus statement by the IPCC. The issue of ‘dangerous’ climate change is wrapped up in values, and science has next to nothing to say about this.
Truthiness and factiness abounds in the climate science debate, and the greatest proponents of truthiness and factiness are the climate ‘alarmed’ – their opponents are mostly calling b.s. on their truthiness and factiness.  In slinging around terms like denier, anti-science etc, the defense of climate alarmism in terms of ‘science’ and ‘facts’ starts to become more anti-science than what they are accusing their opponents of."
TWW's Christmas Scrouge commentary
Hopefully DtG (Trump for people not in the know)  will cut the tax money flowing to the climate scientists for research. This is only common sense since the science is all settled so why keep spending on it?

Bad taste award for the day goes to Alien Holsters

Remembering Fidel

CastroInterroga
Fidel educating a farmer on Communism before executing him.
TWW used to listen to Channel 2 in the 1960s when the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at the U of M (E.W Ziebarth - see: bio) did a nightly current events program called 'Background' if TWW remembers correctly.  Many times Ziebarth talked about 'the wall' where Castro did the people's will as part of building his workers paradise.  See more details and pictures at: Link to the Glorious Revolution.   Perhaps the people who hate Donnie the Demagogue have Fidel in mind when they express fears of Trump becoming the next Hitler.

Wishful thinking?

This quote is from The Hill website on the frayed relations between the press and Trump:

Trump’s transition team says it is committed to having a press pool, which allows for a small group of reporters to remain stationed near the president to document his movements. The pool was on hand for the assassination of John F. Kennedy and the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan, and when George W. Bush was on the move on 9/11."

The search for common ground between the left and the right

Steve Bannon's appointment by Trump has drawn criticism from the anti-Trumpists since he said some bad things to his ex-wife about Jewish people twenty years ago so is forever banished from society as liberals would have it (along with all the people who voted for Donnie the Demagogue). But here is a way for liberals and conservatives to unite: hate Israel and hate America. Read on:

"What was seen in this country was a very dangerous development on both sides," Dershowitz explained in an interview on MSNBC. "We are seeing the Republicans move right and the Democrats move hard left. I have to tell you, the only thing the hard left and the hard right have in common, they hate Israel and America."

Maybe the new fascist Administration and Congress could follow the example from the book 1984 where Orwell came up with the idea of Hate Week. It could be in late Summer just like in 1984 just in time for the national political conventions. see:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_week

Why the US needs immigrants

"But for pure pathos crossing into the absurd, we turn (as usual) to the college campus. Consider:
  •  The University of Michigan offered its traumatized students coloring books and Play-Doh to calm them. (Are its students in college or kindergarten?)
  •  The University of Kansas reminded its stressed-out kids that therapy dogs, a regular campus feature, were available.
  •  Cornell University, an Ivy League school, held a campus-wide “cry-in,” with officials handing out tissues and hot chocolate.
  •  Tufts University offered its devastated students arts and crafts sessions. (OK, not kindergarten — more like summer camp.)
  •  At campuses from elite Yale to Connecticut to Iowa and beyond, professors canceled classes and/or exams — either because students asked or because instructors were too distraught to teach."

  • source: http://nypost.com/2016/11/11/scenes-from-the-liberal-meltdown/
TWW's truth: What company in its right mind would hire kids like the ones going to the schools mentioned above? The companies could just as easily hire kids who made it through junior high school. That is why the US needs immigrants who did not go to American schools.

Test over since Fairness Doctrine won't come soon

Hillary lost and Donnie the Demagogue (DtD) rules (whatever that means).

If you want to understand how DtD could win an election here is an article that may help you. You will need to read the entire article to get it.

Quote: "Sherman, a thick-chested NASCAR racer, is working class through and through, as Hochschild recounts in her new book, “Strangers in their Own Land.” He is also an ardent Tea Party supporter who disdains big government and feels marginalized in a multi-cultural, secularized society. During one of their conversations, he proclaimed that Syrian refugees were potential ISIS members who should be locked up in Guantanamo Bay.
But Sherman’s biggest beef is taxes which he thinks go to “the wrong people – especially welfare beneficiaries who ‘lazed around days and partied at night,’ and government workers in cushy jobs,” Hochschild writes. “He knew liberal Democrats wanted him to care more about welfare recipients, but he didn’t want their PC rules telling him who to feel sorry for.” "
Hochshild's book is one TWW just started reading and is worth you time. He also read Vance's book mentioned in the article earlier and it is also quite good. There is a slogan about just ignoring them and they will go away. That is what the Democrats did wrong and DtD was the result.

Test of Hillary's Internet Fairness Doctrine continues

We interrupt this test of the coming Internet Fairness Doctrine when Hillary rules with an important message

Here is TWW's advice for the next President (probably Hillary):

Quote :
"Ever use the bathroom at someone's house only to be embarrassed by the "certain air" you've left behind?
Unfortunately, toilets don't come with built-in air fresheners. So when the bathroom is packing more pew than a church, don't despair. With an ounce of prevention and a pound of ingenuity, you may be able to leave the powder room daisy fresh after all."

How Trump can help bring the country back together

Once all the lawsuits are settled that will come if Mein Trumpf  wins there is a simple solution to the mess: He can pardon Hillary for all her crimes just like President For pardoned Nixon. That way Hillary gets all the money and will be happy since she is rich and the country can move on.

For real? Hillary speech found on Wikileaks

"  Answering a question about businessmen in politics, Clinton said that they are “most often the people that look over the horizon,” and therefore share a vision that many politicians of today lack. “And that’s a very good question and thank you for asking it. Yes, I would love to see more businessmen go into politics because I believe they would bring in an entirely different mindset and strategies than what we’re used to seeing traditionally,” she opined.

And then she just had to go on. “In fact, when you say businessmen and women, I can’t help but think of a particular one that I would just love to see running for the presidency at some point in the future,” Clinton added. “I don’t know what it is exactly about him, I can’t quite put my finger on it, but my instinct is almost never wrong. And it’s telling me that Donald Trump would be very successful if he were to venture into politics in the future.”

Asked to elaborate on her statement, the former Secretary of State argued that she thinks that businessmen “can’t be bought” and that they’re “very honest.” “And I think that goes especially for Donald Trump, whose successful projects and business ventures have made him synonymous with big business and, more importantly, creating thousands of jobs. I also think he understands the philanthropic and charitable side of things quite well, which is a crucial skill for any politician,” she praised her current counter-candidate.

“I think he has a lot to offer to this country and its people, especially when we’re talking about the economy,” she continued. “Donald Trump has single-handedly helped stop the recession, more so than dozens of other so-called billionaires. And I don’t know how the experts on the matter feel, but in my book that’s hard evidence of the man’s business prowess and integrity, as well. And I think everyone would agree those are commendable character traits for anyone looking to tackle the most difficult problems and challenges in the world, quite literally.”

“So, yes – Donald Trump is someone I could very easily see winning the support of the people. And I don’t think he would do that with his flammable rhetoric and negotiation skills – which are both things he’s known for – but with common sense and respect for his fellow countrymen. But, most of all – I think his relationship with the opposite sex would bring him the most political points. I think he respects women and treats them as equals and I also think that would bring him a significant lead over anyone unlucky enough to be running against him,” she ominously concluded in her 2013 speech."

Take this you SOB

TWW got this little gadget to get around the 12 call limit the phone company has for blocking calls. When the teleholes call you press the button and when they call back the phone keeps ringing on their end but you hear nothing. The biggest problem with these machines is they get broken when the person pressing the button uses a closed fist and smashes the machine dreaming about hitting the telehole on the other end so people have to control themselves.

Hillary will win by a landslide?

poll_102416
http://www.investors.com/politics/trump-clinton-in-dead-heat-as-race-hits-final-two-week-stretch-ibdtipp-poll/

When a poll does not favor Hillary will you ever hear about it in the mainstream media?
Something to think about when the new administration starts talking about bringing back the Fairness Doctrine  that will kill off 'right wing' talk radio.

Here is what the mainstream media says about the election:

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/this-morning-from-cbs-news-oct-24-2016/

They say Trump does not have a chance so who can you trust?

Sunday, October 23, 2016

What's the difference?

He said: "  “Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign,” Trump said in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. “Total fabrication. The events never happened. Never. All of these liars will be sued after the election is over.”
“But a simple phone call placed to the biggest newspapers or television networks gets them wall-to-wall coverage with virtually no fact-checking whatsoever,” Trump said. "

She (the woman who said Bill Clinton raped her) said: "  “And that startled me. And I knew I had to get out of there. Well, just as he moved here comes Hillary straight for me. And she gets to me and she starts saying, ‘I just want to thank you for everything you are doing for Bill’s campaign. And it’s so nice to meet you.’ And all of these things.
“So I just nodded and I told my friend, ‘Let’s go.’ And I thought somebody from behind had grabbed a hold of my arm. But it was her. She grabbed a hold of my arm and my hand and she pulls me into her. And she says with this very angry look on her face, which had been so pleasant seconds before. And in a low voice, says, ‘Do you understand? Everything that you do.’ And that frightened me.” "
TWW Rant:  Trump suing his accusers means a court decides. Any hope this will prevent other women from getting their moment in the spotlight in the future? Well, if one thinks this will prevent women from speaking out when they are victims then it is time to wonder if Hillary was doing the same thing. Can you tell the difference?

Rant on once again the main stream media does not serve the public

Well at least they are serving the liberal elite portion of society they are part of.  (TWW not happy about TWWW being president). So why didn't they report on this when Trump was not yet the candidate and just a clown sighting the media was promoting?

Here is the background to the story. Note the producer who just happened to remember the story now has a better memory than the President-in-waiting:)

"The videotape of Donald Trump that is shaking up the presidential election sat forgotten on a shelf at NBC's "Access Hollywood" until just a few days ago.  On Monday, according to an NBC source, one of the entertainment newsmagazine's producers remembered Trump's 2005 taping session with former "Access" co-host Billy Bush. "

ps. TWWW is the Wicked Witch of Washington. There is your sexist remark for the day to report to the FCC when political correctness rules the Web.

Book on the Secret service endorses Hillary

"Thus, unless a president comes to the office with strong character, the crushing force of the office and the adulation the chief executive receives will inevitably lead at best to poor judgment and at worst to catastrophe. As one example, the contrast between Hillary Clinton’s nastiness in private and her Cheshire cat smile in public demonstrate both hypocrisy and an unbalanced personality. The fact that Hillary fired a White House usher who was the father of four children for trying to help a former first lady with her computer and denounced and humiliated her friend Vince Foster in front of White House colleagues demonstrates Nixonian ruthlessness, hypocrisy, and paranoia that could be expected to balloon if she were ever president. Likewise, her calculated determination to overlook her husband’s philandering to enhance her political fortunes suggests overweening ambition that could spiral out of control in the White House. Nor is Hillary’s nastiness with Secret Service agents— earning her a reputation as the most detested protectee— a sign of a stable individual who cares about the little people she claims to champion. Instead, agents say the real Hillary Clinton hungers for power and bears little resemblance to the image she seeks to project."

Clinton Foundation Rating

"Why isn't this organization rated?
We had previously evaluated this organization, but have since determined that this charity's atypical business model can not be accurately captured in our current rating methodology. Our removal of The Clinton Foundation from our site is neither a condemnation nor an endorsement of this charity. We reserve the right to reinstate a rating for The Clinton Foundation as soon as we identify a rating methodology that appropriately captures its business model.
What does it mean that this organization isn’t rated?
It simply means that the organization doesn't meet our criteria. A lack of a rating does not indicate a positive or negative assessment by Charity Navigator."

The atypical business model means it is a slush fund like the right wingers say it is?

source of quote: http://www.latimes.com/politics/

"The last six weeks have been a time of tumult in the presidential campaign — two conventions and a fistful of controversies, many of them created by Republican nominee Donald Trump himself. With the campaign moving toward a final general election sprint, Trump finds himself in a dangerous place...."

The interesting part of this story is the daily tacking poll the paper runs at the top of the story. It shows Trump currently ahead and the entire poll says the results are within the margin of error (that means  the sample may be wrong and does not represent the population).

Mainstream media reports, polls and reality

"A raft of new polls out this week carried almost unanimously good news for Hillary Clinton, staking the Democratic presidential nominee to significant leads over Donald Trump. But there’s one potential warning sign in these polls should the race narrow: Clinton’s lead over Trump shrinks when voters are allowed to choose one of the major third-party candidates in the race....Here’s why Democrats should be concerned: As Trump’s support has dwindled in recent days — leaving the GOP nominee with just his fervent supporters — some soft voters might be moving into Clinton’s camp when asked on a two-way ballot, but defecting to a third candidate when given other options."  (note: in case you did not know all of the candidates appear on the ballot in many states -- do the pollsters know that)

Bush Signs Bill Authorizing 700-Mile Fence for Border

By Michael A. Fletcher and Jonathan Weisman
Washington Post Staff Writers
Friday, October 27, 2006
WARREN, Mich., Oct. 26 -- President Bush signed a measure Thursday authorizing the construction of a fence along 700 miles of the U.S.-Mexico border, an action that conflicts with his own stated vision of immigration reform but one championed by many Republicans facing reelection in November.
Speaking at a White House ceremony before a day of campaigning for GOP candidates in Iowa and Michigan, Bush said the barrier will help the United States plug the porous Southwest border.
"Unfortunately, the United States has not been in complete control of its borders for decades and, therefore, illegal immigration has been on the rise," Bush said. "We have a responsibility to address these challenges. We have a responsibility to enforce our laws. We have a responsibility to secure our borders. We take this responsibility seriously."
Bush portrayed the measure as a key step toward comprehensive immigration reform, but the fence bill passed by the GOP-controlled Congress put him in a tight squeeze with international allies and his own immigration principles on one side, and the electoral needs of his party on the other."

Mabe they aren't crazy:They listen to Rush Limbaugh

If they don't listen to Rush Limbaugh they just read the Koran too much.

Details: "After Anders Breivik detonated a car bomb, killing eight people, in central Olso in the summer of 2011, he took a ferry ride to an island in a peaceful Norwegian lake. Armed with a semiautomatic rifle and pistol, he killed 69 people, most of them teenagers at a summer camp....
A team of psychiatrists who examined Breivik declared him psychotic and criminally insane — a diagnosis that, given the magnitude of the slaughter, made intuitive sense. Who could kill that many people without being insane?

But Breivik, a white supremacist who told police that he carried out the attacks to prevent a Muslim takeover, thought the diagnosis was offensive. He argued that he was of sound mind. A second team of doctors examined him and agreed."

see: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/local/wp/2016/05/25/how-extreme-beliefs-not-mental-illness-often-fuel-mass-shooters/

If the shrink is correct using money on mental illness will be another government job creation program that will not work.  Perhaps we need TV Control to deprive people with extreme overvalued ideas of role models by making heroes of the shooters.
