TWW is The Warped Woodturner who is a local artist living in a suburb of Springbrook, WI (pop 87). His mission is to use a wood lathe to make interesting but mostly useless objects from locally-sequestered carbon for tourists to bring back to the city to give to people they had to buy something for but don't like that well. His target market is the senior citizens since their vision is not as good as it used to be so cannot see the defects as well.

Making and eating and storing a 'hot dish'

Since the cold weather has frozen out so many life enrichment venues TWW decided to make some hot dish so he and Mrs. TWW could reminisce about the cold, good old days in Minnesota where they have hot dishes. He heated up some hamburger and dumped in some junk from the garden and the store and was on this way. To limit CO2 emissions he used heat from the masonry stove generated from renewable energy sources.

Finally done after about seven hours

Checking to be sure USDA would approve

The hot dish in all its splendor.

Part of the hot dish dumped into a frying pan to complete by adding cheese (after all it is a Wisconsin dish).

To be sophisticated the TWWs are going to eat Bulgar pilaf with the hot dish.

Future meals ready to put on the porch and freeze

Now you may wonder how this could be a hot dish.  Every time TWW cooks this up Mrs.TWW  is sure to complain that he made it too hot and spicy again and this creation was no different. Next time TWW will read the labels better of what he dumped into the pot.
