Tom Sawyer's fence -- 21st century version

Anyone who grew up on a family farm knows how much unpaid work it took from the kids to make ends meet. But now some innovative farmers have joined together to get people from the city to help paint the farmer's version of the fence.  People can pay to go work (without pay) on a farm and call it a vacation.
